Acceptance of Terms 


When you place an order on the Little Amigos website, www.littleamigos.co.uk, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

 

Ordering
 
 

Once you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. We try to keep the Little Amigos website as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that products will always be available. If we cannot supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.


 
 

Little Amigos may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

 

Price 


The price for each product is shown on www.littleamigos.co.uk and includes VAT. Sales made to non EU countries is the price shown, and does not include VAT. Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
All prices shown are excluding postage and packaging. The total price including posting and packaging will be shown at checkout. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment details, based on the delivery address you specify.


 
 

We always try to make sure that the prices on www.littleamigos.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. Prices quoted on www.littleamigos.co.uk are in UK pound sterling. If you are outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rates. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pound sterling and Little Amigos cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

 

Returns, Exchange Or Refund Of Goods 


Within 7 days following delivery of the goods you may choose to:- Return the item(s) as exact in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories or booklets to: RETURNS, Little Amigos, 220 Wellington Road South, Stockport, SK2 6RS. The customer will be responsible for returning the goods to us at their own expense. We suggest you use registered post or courier as we are not responsible for goods that may get lost in transit to us. It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned to us (royal mail or parcel force are recommended as they keep proof of the date of postage and offer delivery tracking information).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not in an acceptable condition.

Please email returns@littleamigos.co.uk to request an RMA number and returns note which must be completed for all returns. Without this documentation we cannot identify your return, this can result in further delays in processing a refund/exchange.

All returned items must be unused and unopened in all original packaging with all original booklets and accessories included and any tags/labels attached. The items(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your RMA. If an exchange is required no re-delivery can take place until we have received the returned goods from you.

An extra delivery charge is also payable where applicable. Any delivery costs involved in sending out your original order will be deducted from any refund given - even if we have offered free carriage, we still need to recover our delivery costs.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items to cover the cost of handling fees.

All brands of furniture are non returnable: unless damaged and this must be addressed in writing with photographic evidence.

Refunds will not be supplied to faulty furniture but replacement parts provided as soon as possible.

Without prejudice no refund or exchange will be given for:- nappies, toiletries, self assembly furniture once fully or partially assembled, curtains and bedding once removed from packaging. We advise measurements are taken prior to ordering of any furniture or curtains.


 
 

Please note we do not sell goods for demonstration or evaluation purposes.


 
 

Delivery, Failure to Deliver, Refusal of Delivery or Not Being in to Sign For Your Goods 


The Courier will ask you to sign for the total number of boxes being delivered. If you are not in when the Courier calls to deliver, they will leave a card which will inform you of how to arrange collection or re-delivery of your order. If carded it is important that you contact their office as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery. The courier will make a total of three attempts before the item is returned to us.

In the event of the item being returned to us by either yourself refusing the delivery or failing to respond to the “sorry we missed you card” a charge will be made to recover the fee we are charged by the Courier and we will also charge you the cost for re sending your item, the charge for this is £21.00.

On receipt of your goods, it is important that you inspect them before signing for the delivery. Should the box containing the goods look damaged or that you are suspicious that the goods inside the box are damaged, then you should sign for them as “unchecked” or ask the courier to wait while you examine the goods. In this event, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation with our courier. It is important that all original packaging is kept until you are satisfied with the goods and are sure that will not need to be returned. Couriers will not accept goods unless the original packing is used or that the contents have been securely packaged.


 
 

Return Of Damaged Goods 


Any faulty items must be returned to us via obtaining a valid RMA number from returns@littleamigos.co.uk. If the item is under one month old we will arrange for the collection, the item being returned must be well packed in the original packaging, (we strongly advise all original packaging is kept for upto six months).

Items not securely packaged or boxed will under no circumstances be accepted. Once the goods have been inspected by the respective manufacturer we will arrange for the repair or replacement, we believe the decision lies with the manufacturer and will abide by the decision of the respective manufacturer. If the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of repair and the shipping charges.

If upon inspection we are told by the respective manufacturer goods are not faulty or damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or charge a restocking fee of upto 40%.

Please be aware all items for repair are sent to the respective manufacturer therefore the process can take upto 2 weeks. REFUNDS Under the distance selling regulations set by the OFT we will refund within 30 days any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for goods.

 

Cancelling an Order 


You have the right to cancel your order, all cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@littleamigos.co.uk, even if you cancel your order by calling us, we still require that you submit your cancellation in writing, we can not be held responsible for orders being dispatched if we have not received your cancellation in writing.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been dispatched or delivered to the delivery address you will be responsible for returning the goods to us as soon as possible at your own cost to: RETURNS, Little Amigos, 220 Wellington Road South, Stockport, Cheshire, SK2 6RS. You must call or email us asking for a returns number as we will not accept any returns without prior arrangement. All goods returned must have a cover note with your RMA- number, name, contact details and a description of the items being returned.
Refunds will only be given once the item has been received back to us and passed inspection. All refunds will be less our shipping costs and handling fees.

Failure To Cancel
If you fail to cancel your order and the goods are despatched but no longer wanted, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us as soon as possible at your own cost. You must call or email us asking for a returns number as we will not accept any returns without prior arrangement. All goods returned must have a cover note with your RMA- number, name, contact details and a description of the items being returned.
Refunds will only be given once the item has been received back to us and passed inspection. All refunds will be less our shipping costs and handling fees.

We do not cancel orders unless requested to do so, therefore all orders remain on our system until the order has been fulfilled or cancelled by the customer. If you no longer require the item you have ordered, it is your responsibility to cancel your order and to do so in writing.

Changes to the Website

   

Little Amigos reserves the right to:
 

Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Little Amigos website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Little Amigos are not liable to you for any such change or removal; and
Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Little Amigos website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

The Little Amigos website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
