Delivery Process
We aim to deliver all our goods within 5 working days. When goods are not in stock we will notify you by email or phone to give you the option to cancel or to proceed with the order.
We offer a FREE delivery to all UK Mainland on orders over £75 and £6.99 on orders under £75.
Delivery info
We aim to dispatch for next working day delivery on orders placed before 4pm and the following day on orders placed after 4pm. However, please allow up to 5-7 working days for the delivery of your goods. This offer excludes some furniture packages, where a delivery cost may be added but will be displayed in the product information.
Delivery Times & Order Tracking
We deliver between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. When we have dispatched from our warehouse, our couriers will make two attempts to deliver your order. After this, the goods are returned back to our warehouse and we reserve the right to charge £20.00 for re-delivery of your order. Please note we cannot accept liability for any delays outside our control.

We currently do not ship goods outside the UK.
Furniture Delivery
Please allow up to 21 days for some of our furniture deliveries as the manufacturer may deliver directly. The information on delivery will be displayed in the product information section. In some cases the furniture sets are not in stock with the manufacturer therefore we cannot always guarantee stock availability. We will however, give you an option to wait for it to come in stock (this could take up 7 weeks) or an option to cancel or change the order.
Incorrect Address
If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Little Amigos cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of this.
